What does Affluent Media Group do?
We are an online technology firm based in Chicago, IL. We specialize in marketing, search engine traffic, web design, website analytics tools and reporting, and lead generation. We also build, purchase, and develop online businesses. We have been in business since 2008.

Why are you charging us?
This is either a recurring charge for your "action"-office subscription, web site hosting, management fee, or a one-time setup or design charge for your web site, landing page, or profile page. Or the charge was from a purchase you may have made on one of our internet properties pictured above.

Doesn't ring a bell?
If the charges don't ring a bell, you may want to ask around the office. 99% of the time someone else at your company signed up for the service.

Can we get an invoice for the charges?
Your charges should be fully explained on the order confirmation or invoice that was emailed when you/they signed up. However, if you would like and individual receipt, just email us at billing@onlyonlinemarketing.com.

How do I cancel my recurring billing?
You can cancel your account at any time. Just email us at billing@onlyonlinemarketing.com to request cancellation.

Can we get a refund?
Charges are non-refundable. We don't have long-term contracts, lock-in, or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you're done. Please see the refund policy on your original agreement for further details.
